Hekz\u00e9<\/strong> is a new operational consulting activity launched by \u00c9ric Dodin<\/strong> and Alexandre Rispal<\/strong> within the Grant Alexander<\/strong> group.<\/p>\n

We act as a Value Creation Partner<\/strong> for investment funds and their portfolio companies facing complex, structural or cyclical situations: accelerated growth post-fundraising, business model slowdown, strategic transformation\u2026<\/p>\n

Our mission:<\/strong> to rapidly create tangible, sustainable, and monetizable value at every stage of a deal (pre-deal, post-deal, build-up, exit), mainly focused on revenue growth and equity value.<\/p>\n

    Your role: At the heart of transformation and performance challenges<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    As a Senior Consultant<\/strong>, you will be a key player in delivering high-stakes value creation projects.<\/p>\n

    Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Lead strategic diagnosis, performance improvement and transformation projects alongside the partners,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Support project execution: scoping, roadmap, preparation of deliverables and governance materials,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Coordinate stakeholders (Executives, COMEX, funds, expert partners),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Build concrete and actionable strategic recommendations,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Contribute to Hekz\u00e9\u2019s structuring efforts (tools, methods, partnerships),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Represent the firm at industry events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What we\u2019re looking for: a value creator with strong commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        3 to 4 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, transformation team, or in a management role in a start-up\/scale-up,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Hands-on experience in at least two of Hekz\u00e9\u2019s target sectors: Fintech, Insurtech, B2B Tech, Health, Mobility,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ability to manage complex projects independently or as part of a task force,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Familiarity with the PE\/VC investment cycle: due diligence, carve-out, post-deal, build-up,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        High emotional intelligence, a constructive and positive entrepreneurial mindset,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Professional proficiency in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
